Two great Colorado biking destinations

Book Now

telluride to durango

Two great biking base camps in beautiful, rugged mountain country.

You’ll ride through aspen woodland in the shadow of the San Juans mountains, ride the incredible Blackhawk pass, and descend the Hermosa Creek trail to Durango.

Is this trip suitable for me? An easier option than the Colorado trail, this is still an unguided, though fully serviced adventure. You need to be comfortable in remote mountain country, and capable of riding 4 days in a row. You will be staying in deluxe camps, with your food and luggage moved to camp each day by your host.

Duration: This trip involves 4 days of riding, plus travel and prep days.

Highlights

  • Stunning mountain scenery
  • Deluxe camps in beautiful locations
  • Wilderness riding without big backpacks!
